Green Man workshop
Like to get outside and get mucky? One of the workshops we run looks at the traditional British 'Green Man'. Popularised in Church architecture but found in houses, pubs and other public buildings. In this workshop we get out and make our own Green Man figures on the trees; giving life and expression to the trees and giving us fun and pause for thought.

Get messy, be creative: join us amongst the trees to have some fun with clay. All you need is a tiny little bit of imagination.
Inspired by foliate faces on corbels and capitals, Green Man images and gargoyles we’ll be thinking about our own facial features and expressions whilst using clay, found objects and woodland materials to create temporary art on some of the trees.
Just So Festival
We've run our Green Man clay sessions/workshops over the festival weekend making Green Man sculptures on the trees at the Just-So Festival in 2011 and 2012.
